Important information to ensure smooth visits and quality care for all our patients
All appointments must be confirmed 48 business hours in advance. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other patients.
Please provide at least 48 business hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a fee to cover administrative costs.
Missed appointments can be rescheduled based on availability. Priority is given to patients with urgent medical needs.
We maintain a family-friendly environment. Please be respectful to all staff and patients. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
For medical emergencies, call 911 immediately. Our clinic handles urgent but non-emergency pediatric care during business hours.
Please call during phone hours (11 AM-12 PM, 1 PM-3 PM) for scheduling. We do not accept text messages or voicemails. Emails are encouraged if you're unable to reach us by phone.
